Spend the morning exploring the October Gallery through fun and inclusive art activities lead by artist educators.

Our family sessions are FREE and open to children of all ages with their families.

Families at the October Gallery 

OG Education takes a playful and exploratory approach to family learning by creating imaginative sessions to engage with October Gallery’s current exhibitions. We are committed to creating high quality creative engagements that are inclusive, accessible and free. Currently our sessions run on the second Saturday of the month.

In the Gallery

We encourage families to explore the gallery and exhibition through many art making activities. Families get a chance to work with various artist educators and members of our OG Youth Collective exploring materials and techniques they may not have tried before in the beautiful gallery setting. Our sessions are free, drop-in from 10am-12pm and families can stay as long as they like.

Outreach

We also run events and sessions in and around the local community so keep an eye on our noticeboard, homepage and social media.
